Bad News as FX's Powers Will Undergo Redevelopment and Reshoots |

Let me start by saying that lots of shows get retooled after their pilots have been shown to executives, so it's not the end of the line for FX's Powers. Although, it's not good news either. The pilot is used as a test to determine if the show should be picked up, and how many episodes to order. And when a retooling of a show is required that means some or all of the cast could be out the door. Or, it could be as simple as adding a character to change the dynamic of the show.
As of right now the show has Jason Patric (Lost Boys)as the lead playing Detective Christian Walker. Playing the role of Walker’s new partner, Deena Pilgrim, is Lucy Punch (Bad Teacher, Dinner for Schmucks). And the girl in the pink dress in those T-Mobile commercials, Carly Foulkes, is playing the superhero, Retro Girl. Carly Read more: |
